All Summit participants are invited to an optional dinner at the IKEA Restaurang (IKEA Hotell), at 19:30 hrs.

The first day of the Summit will offer an opportunity for social entrepreneurs to present their system change strategies to an audience of top industry leaders, IKEA Thought Partners & Experimentation Partners, and other guests. You can meet this year's participating social entrepreneurs here. 

After lunch, the social entrepreneurs will have one-on-one or one-on-two conversations with Strategy Thought Partners (STPs) who will help them refine their strategies by identifying blind spots, asking questions, addressing a specific challenge, and ultimately walk away with new insights.

For those Social Entrepreneurs who will continue in Scoping & Experimentation Phase of Dela, they will have time to get to know the new Experimentation Partner, build a trusting relationship and prepare for what's to come in this journey together.

The final day slows down the pace of the intense and input-filled previous days. We bring just the social entrepreneurs in a quieter, calmer setting and create an environment for them to reflect on their personal roles as systems change leaders.

In Coaching Circles, they will have the opportunity to explore their personal questions on leadership, collaboration, and challenges surrounding systems change.
